Rows with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Bilateral horizontal abduction with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Bridge with band holds: 2 sets x 10 reps

Birddog: 2 sets x 10 reps

Sidelying bow and arrow: 2 sets x 15 second holds per side

Thread the needle: 2 sets x 15 second holds per side

Lumbar lockdown thoracic rotation: 5 reps x 3 second holds per side

Hip hinge: 10 reps

Bentover Y: 2 sets x 10 reps
