Hooklying transverse abdominal drawing in maneuver: 2 sets x 10 reps with 2 second holds

Bridges: 2 sets x 10 reps

Sidelying clamshells: 10 reps per side

Mini squats: 2 sets x 10 reps

Standing single leg marching: 2 sets x 10 reps per side

Standing hip abduction: 2 sets x 10 reps per side

Standing hip flexor stretch: 2 sets x 20 seconds per side

Seated piriformis stretch: 2 sets with 20 second holds per side
