Quadruped chin tucks: 2 x 10 reps with 2 second holds

Birddog: 2 reps x 10 reps

Cervical flexion: 2 sets for 10 reps

Cervical rotation: 2 sets x 10 reps

Rows with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Bilateral external rotation with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Bilateral horizontal abduction with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Lat pull down with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Corner pec stretch: 2 sets x 20 seconds
