These exercises focus on improving strength, mobility, and trunk control. Exercise can improve muscle strengthening and endurance as well as increase range of motion and flexibility.

Squat with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Lateral band walk: 4 sets x 15 steps

Monster walk: 4 sets x 15 steps

Bilateral horizontal abduction with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Lat pull down with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Wall crawl with band: 10 reps

Wall push ups: 10 reps

Warrior Pose II: 2 sets with 10 second holds per side

Warrior Pose I: 2 sets X 10 second holds per side
