This set of exercises focuses on utilizing your improved strength and flexibility. These exercises focus on functional mobility and resistance training to help reduce current, and prevent future pain, stiffness, and weakness.
Make sure to move slowly when changing positions.
Please stop exercising if you experience difficulty breathing, chest pain, palpitations, worsening joint pain, severe fatigue or dizziness.
If you are feeling worsening fatigue 12 to 48 hours after exercise, consult with your coach.
