This set of exercises focuses on continued flexibility, strengthening, and upright positioning. These exercises continue to focus on stretching shortened muscles and strengthening back and core muscles to improve posture. Improved upright positioning lessens stress and undue forces through your body.
Please stop exercising if you experience difficulty breathing, chest pain, palpitations, worsening joint pain, severe fatigue or dizziness.
