This set of exercises is focused on range of motion and light strengthening. Long COVID may lead to stiffness and muscle weakness due to decreased activity. Exercises for range of motion help reduce stiffness while strengthening improves muscle weakness or atrophy.
Make sure to move slowly when changing positions.
Please stop exercising if you experience difficulty breathing, chest pain, palpitations, worsening joint pain, severe fatigue or dizziness.
If you are feeling worsening fatigue 12 to 48 hours after exercise, consult with your coach.
