This set of exercises is focused on range of motion, flexibility, and strengthening. These exercises help reduce stiffness and tightness. Stretching shortened muscles lessens stress on your body such as your neck or low back.
Make sure to move slowly when changing positions.
Please stop exercising if you experience difficulty breathing, chest pain, palpitations, worsening joint pain, severe fatigue or dizziness.
If you are feeling worsening fatigue 12 to 48 hours after exercise, consult with your coach.
