This set of exercises focuses on continued mobility, flexibility, and increases resistance training. These exercises help regain range of motion and functional mobility. Continued stretching of shortened muscles lessens stress on your body. Resistance training promotes muscle strength.
Make sure to move slowly when changing positions.
Please stop exercising if you experience difficulty breathing, chest pain, palpitations, worsening joint pain, severe fatigue or dizziness.
If you are feeling worsening fatigue 12 to 48 hours after exercise, consult with your coach.
