Air squats: 2 sets x 10 reps

Reverse lunge: 10 reps per side

Bridge with band holds: 2 sets x 10 reps

Cat/camel: 10 reps with 3 second holds

Birddog: 2 sets x 10 reps

Standing hamstring stretch: 2 sets x 20 seconds per side

Standing hip flexor stretch: 2 sets x 20 seconds per side

Corner pec stretch: 2 sets x 20 seconds
