Modified seated cat/camel: 10 reps with 3 second holds

Seated table flexion: 10 reps with 5 second holds

Scap squeeze: 10 reps

Seated chin tuck: 2 x 10 reps with 2 second holds

Seated bow and arrow: 10 reps per side
