Alternating reverse lunge with high knee march: 2 sets x 10 reps per side

Lateral lunge: 2 sets x 10 reps per side

Hip hinge: 10 reps

Bilateral external rotation with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Bilateral horizontal abduction with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Lat pull down with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Mountain Climbers: 3 sets

Weighted farmer walk: 4 sets x 15 steps
