Air squats: 2 sets x 10 reps

Modified deadbug: 2 sets x 10 reps

Hydrants: 2 sets x 10 reps per side

Birddog: 2 sets x 10 reps

Bilateral external rotation with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Rows with band: 2 sets x 10 reps

Paloff Press: 10 reps with 3 second holds per side

Modified kneeling plank: 2 sets x 15 seconds

Modified side plank on knees: 2 sets x 15 seconds per side

Lateral band walk: 4 sets x 15 steps
