Guided imagery meditation takes only a few minutes and is easy to do. It can help with anxiety and stress, as well as sleep symptoms.
This meditation can be done before bedtime to help you wind down from your day. Or you can practice them in bed as part of your bedtime routine. If you choose to practice them in bed, feel free to drift off to sleep at any point in the meditation.
