Diagonals with band: 10 reps per side

Bentover rows: 2 sets x 10 reps

Bentover T: 2 sets x 10 reps

Bentover Y: 2 sets x 10 reps

Child pose: 2 sets with 20 second holds

Lateral child pose: 20 seconds per side

Lumbar lockdown thoracic rotation: 5 reps x 3 second holds per side

Serratus anterior push up plus: 2 sets x 10 reps with 2 second holds

Corner pec stretch: 2 sets x 20 seconds
